Hinweise auf weitere Quellen sind erwünscht (→ Kontaktformular) Die Liberalen und der Liberalismus in der Türkei werden zuwenig thematisiert. Meist geht es um Kemalisten, Islamisten, Nationalisten und Sozialisten. Ich habe keinen Überblick über die Blogsphäre, aber mir ist bis jetzt keine Auseinandersetzung mit dieser Zunft bekannt. Mir fallen zu allererst die türkische Liberale Partei (engl.) ein. Noch bekannter sind Persönlichkeit aus den Medien und einige Akademiker. Bekannt sind vor allem der Verfassungsrechtler Mustafa Erdogan, Atilla Yayla, Bican Şahin, der Publizist und Politikwissenschaftler Mustafa Akyol (und sein Blog) und der Politikwissenschaftler Ihsan D. Dagi. Das The Association for Liberal Thinking (Liberal Düşünce Topluluğu in Türkisch) ist eine sehr bekannte Organisation, die sich für den Erhalt und Weiterentwicklung des Liberalismus und liberalen Demokratie widmet durch Übersetzung liberale Klassiker und neuerer Literatur. Seit neuestem gibt es auch die Abspaltung Freedom Research Association (Özgürlük Araştırmaları Derneği). Dazu gehören eine Zeitschrift und Veranstaltungen. So auch 3H Hareketi (türk.) Ich habe auch ein türkische Artikelsammlung von Meinungsäußerungen, Sendungen und Zeitungskolumnen zu liberalen Themen und zum Liberalismus in der Türkei erstellt:
